"Our household loves Stafford. The employees are friendly, prices are fair, and service has always been excellent. We call when we need an oil delivery (rather than auto delivery) and they've always made sure to get us on the schedule right away. The couple times our furnace stopped running they were able to get us in same-day without issue which is a huge relief. With regular tune-ups, your home heating system should require very few service calls - if any at all! That isn’t to say, however, that you’ll never need to look out for any strange occurrences or telltale signs of problems with your heating equipment.
