Position Title: Service Technicians - Oil, Propane/Gas and/or AC

Summary:

Ensure that each customer receives outstanding customer service by providing a customer-friendly environment which includes greeting, assisting, and thanking every customer; maintaining outstanding standards; solid product knowledge; and all other components of customer service.  

The service technician is responsible for servicing and installing burners, furnaces, and air conditioners as assigned by the Service Manager.

Position Title: Operations Manager

Summary:

The Operations Manager will manage and coordinate activities across various departments to ensure smooth operations and alignment with company objectives. Formulate and execute business strategies and procedures to enhance overall performance and growth. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies, maintaining high-quality standards across all operations.

Optimize the use of resources, including personnel and materials, to improve productivity and reduce costs. Lead, mentor, and motivate employees to maximize performance and foster a positive work environment. Conduct regular assessments of operational performance and implement improvements as necessary.

Collaborate with various stakeholders, including management teams and external partners, to align operations with strategic goals.

Position Title: Convenience Stores Manager

Summary:

Convenience Stores Manager oversees and is accountable for the overall operation and success of the convenience stores/gasoline businesses including, but not limited to, ensuring maximum sales and profitability through merchandise, inventory, and expense control; human resources management; and managing operating costs and inventory shrinkage.

Position Title: Field Service Manager

Summary:

Ensure that each customer receives outstanding customer service by providing a customer-friendly environment which includes assisting and thanking every customer; maintaining outstanding standards; solid product knowledge; and all other components of customer service.

The Field Service Manager is responsible for managing, directing, and controlling those areas of the service activities as directed by the Service Manager.

Position Title: Retail Sales Associate

Position Title: Deli Associate

Summary:

Ensure that each customer receives outstanding customer service by providing a customer-friendly environment which includes greeting, assisting, and thanking every customer; maintaining outstanding standards; solid product knowledge; and all other components of customer service.

Prepare, merchandise, and serve food products.

Maintain sanitary conditions in prep and serving areas.
