"Our household loves Stafford. The employees are friendly, prices are fair, and service has always been excellent. We call when we need an oil delivery (rather than auto delivery) and they've always made sure to get us on the schedule right away. The couple times our furnace stopped running they were able to get us in same-day without issue which is a huge relief. We use them for maintenance on both our furnace and central AC unit as well and have never had any complaints. Highly recommend them for your oil and HVAC needs!"

"We have been with Stafford for years. Had an issue with the furnace and we had a next day appointment (could have been same day but I had to reschedule). Tech called when he was on route and fixed the problem. Matt (the tech) was courteous and took the time to answer my questions so I would have a better understanding of how our furnace works and what I can do for "self service". My dad always says "you get what you pay for" and I feel we are getting a great value for our dollar."
