"We have been with Stafford for years. Had an issue with the furnace and we had a next day appointment (could have been same day but I had to reschedule). Tech called when he was on route and fixed the problem. Matt (the tech) was courteous and took the time to answer my questions so I would have a better understanding of how our furnace works and what I can do for "self service". My dad always says "you get what you pay for" and I feel we are getting a great value for our dollar."

"Just had a great interaction when ordering oil for the first time maybe ever, for the family house near the lake. Turns out they had serviced it for many years prior. They even knew the color. Very nice service experience. Great value too, with discounts available. :)"
