Reminder: Keep Your Pathways Clear this Winter

In order for them to perform their job to the best of their abilities, they need a clear path to your fill pipe to ensure safe deliveries.
We want to take a moment to remind you to keep your walkways clear of snow and debris this winter. It could mean the difference in receiving your delivery!
Remember to Shovel Safely!
Stafford Oil & Propane takes shoveling, as well as the health and safety of our customers, very seriously. Before you bundle up this winter, please keep these shoveling safety tips in mind.
1. Warm up your muscles before you begin.
2. Whenever possible, push the snow, don't lift.
3. When you need to lift, bend at the knees and use your legs, not your back.
4. Take a break after 20 - 30 minutes.
5. Listen to your body. If you’re tired or something doesn’t feel right, it’s time to stop.
6. Shovel as soon as possible after the storm ends, when the snow is at its lightest and fluffiest.
