"We have been with Stafford for years. Had an issue with the furnace and we had a next day appointment (could have been same day but I had to reschedule). Tech called when he was on route and fixed the problem. Matt (the tech) was courteous and took the time to answer my questions so I would have a better understanding of how our furnace works and what I can do for "self service". My dad always says "you get what you pay for" and I feel we are getting a great value for our dollar."

"Big thank you to truck 27 (driver initials EVA I think) he came out same day, filled our tank, even got through the huge pile of snow from it falling off our roof. Then came in and restarted the furnace. He was kind,quick and friendly. Thanks so much for all your help!"
